Zaha Hadid's Capital Hill Residence

Zaha Hadid Architects recently released photos of Zaha's first built house located in the hills of Barvikha, and town west of Moscow.  The futuristic, by no surprise spaceship-like structure called Capital Hill was designed for Russian finance magnet Vladislav Doronin, who built the home as a wedding gift for his future bride, Naomi Campbell.  The home is divided into two sections,  a main structure that blends into the nearby hillside, and a periscope-inspired tower overlooking the surrounding forest.  The 2,500 square meter concrete residence will boast a finnish sauna, Turkish bath, Russian bath, gym, indoor swimming pool, and reception hall.
